In September 2018 Hinckley Yachts announced the opening of a new yard in Annapolis, MD. The area can store and service over 200 boats.

Charlie Petosa, who has service experience as a former chief operating officer of Northrop & Johnson Yachts-Ships, joined Hinckley Yacht Services to lead the yard. Petosa also served as vice president of sales and marketing for Ocean Marine Yacht Center, as a board member of the U.S. Superyacht Association and led West Marine’s expansion into the superyacht segment with West Marine Megayacht Supply.
